What it costs to rent an inflatable obstacle course
Our 14 obstacle courses run from $350 for the 30 ft Radical Run to $825 for the 105 ft course, each for up to 6 hours. In general, a longer course costs more, needs a longer strip of ground and takes more outlets.
Every price below comes from the course's own product page. Delivery is charged on top of all of them, based on the miles to your event location, and setup and takedown are included in the rental price.

All 14 are on our obstacle courses page, which also shows the Big Baller and the Ninja Warped Wall from our interactive range.
For a wet course, the 50 ft Gamer Obstacle Splash is $600 and finishes on a water slide. Its page says it is for outdoor use on grass, turf or pavement and needs a level area and a water source. It sits with our water slides.
What the price covers, and what extra hours cost
Each price covers up to 6 hours, our FAQ's standard rental, and every course page shows the same price for one hour as for six.
Past 6 hours, most courses add $50 an hour. Two do not. The 45 ft Double Lane Course adds $25, so 8 hours is $500, and the 95 ft Radical Run adds $75, so 8 hours is $925. A few 8 hour prices, for a school day:
- 30 ft Radical Run: $450.
- 45 ft Double Lane Course: $500.
- 68 ft course: $725.
- 105 ft course: $925.
Each page also lists a per day price. The 45 ft Double Lane Course is the one that stands out: $900 for a day, against $1,250 for the 30 ft Radical Run and $1,725 for the 105 ft course.
The deposit is 50% of the order, on a credit card.
A course needs a strip of ground, not a square
Obstacle courses are long and narrow, so length is the measurement that decides whether one fits. The 30 ft Radical Run needs 15 ft by 40 ft and the 105 ft course needs 20 ft by 125 ft. The 50 ft Gamer page explains why the space figure runs longer than the course itself:
"it requires a flat area about 50 feet long plus clearance at each end for safe entry and exit."
KidZone Party Rentals, 50' Gamer Obstacle Course product pageOur FAQ says we can set up on grass, pavement or indoors. It also notes that our units are staked into the ground for stability and safety, so the renter is responsible for having all utilities located before the party. The Gamer page also mentions sandbags as an anchoring option. The space guide covers how to measure a yard.
Power: one, two or three outlets
Each course page lists how many 110V outlets it needs. The pattern follows length: one for the courses up to 50 ft, two for the 65 ft to 80 ft courses, and three for the 95 ft and 105 ft courses. The 95 ft Radical Run page spells out what that means:
"You will need 3 separate 20 amp circuits for the 3 blowers that are provided."
KidZone Party Rentals, 95' Radical Run Obstacle Course product pageOur FAQ asks for the inflatable to be within 100 ft of a 110V outlet. We supply the power cord, and we ask that nothing else is plugged into the outlet being used. The FAQ also asks you to make sure your outside plug is working by plugging something in and testing it, which is worth doing for each outlet a long course needs.
Where there is no outlet, such as at a park, our generator is $250. Its page describes a 5,500 watt generator that can power up to 3 inflatables, with a full tank of gas that lasts up to 6 hours.
Which obstacle courses fit in a gym?
Two course pages speak to a gym directly. The 45 ft Double Lane Course is described as "designed to fit seamlessly within any gymnasium space," needs 18 ft by 55 ft and takes one outlet, at $450. The 50 ft Gamer page lists "grass, pavement, or gym floors" as its setup surfaces.
Ceiling height is the other check indoors. The 30 ft Radical Run is 7 ft high and the 35 ft Radical Run 12 ft. The indoor setup guide covers ceiling heights in more detail, including which listings to check with us before you book a hall or gym.
Single lane or double, kids or adults
Several courses are built for racing side by side. The 45 ft Double Lane Course lets two children go through at once, and the 68 ft course is a double lane course. The 45 ft Nuclear Inferno and the Ninja Race both finish on a double lane slide, and the 75 ft and 105 ft courses end on a dual lane rock wall slide, 22 ft and 20 ft. The 75 ft and 105 ft courses are also offered as individual pieces.
A few pages say who a course is built for:
- 30 ft and 35 ft Radical Run: great for all ages.
- 72 ft course with slide: "for young adults and teenagers since it is large and fast."
- 50 ft Gamer: ideal for kids, teens and adults.
- 45 ft Nuclear Inferno: great for elementary kids to adults.
- 65 ft course: ideal for elementary, middle and high schools.
Our FAQ's rider guideline table covers bounce houses, a combo and an 18 ft slide, not obstacle courses, so ask how many runners the course you choose takes at a time. From a customer's review of the 40 ft course:
"This was a wonderfully fun course, with lots of obstacles and plenty of space to play."
