What a casino night rental costs
Each of our four casino tables (blackjack, poker, craps and roulette) is $650 for a 2 hour rental, and a dealer comes with the table. After that, an hour costs $100 for the table and $25 for the dealer. None of the tables needs an outlet.
The tables are half of a casino night. The other half is a person at each one who deals the cards, spins the wheel or runs the dice, and our price includes that person for the first 2 hours.
How much does it cost to rent a casino table?
- One table: $650.
- Two tables: $1,300.
- Three tables: $1,950.
- All four tables: $2,600, with four dealers.
The four tables are priced the same, and each product page states the terms in the same words:
"Dealer included 2 hour rental price. $25 for each additional hour for the dealer, $100 each additional hour for the table."
KidZone Party Rentals, Black Jack, Poker, Craps and Roulette Table pagesSo a party that runs past two hours pays two rates for each table it keeps going: $100 an hour for the table and $25 an hour for the dealer. Delivery is charged on top, based on the miles to your event location, and setup and takedown are included in the rental price. The deposit is 50% of the order, on a credit card.
Which casino games can you rent?
Our catalog lists four casino tables, and we file them under Table Games with the pool table, foosball and ping pong. That page pitches them for "a grad night, corporate event, or school carnival."
Roulette is the easiest table to join if you have never played. The Roulette Table page sums up the betting: players bet on "a number on the roulette table, a range of numbers, the color red or black, or whether the spin will be odd or even." Anyone can join between spins.
Blackjack puts each player against the dealer, so it works with one guest at the table or a full row. Our Black Jack Table page calls it "a perfect centerpiece for your game night or casino-themed event."
Poker is the one table where guests play each other instead of the house. It suits a group that wants a game to last, and the page pitches it for "any casual or competitive casino themed event."
Craps is the table people stand around, and on our Craps Table page, "every roll of the dice brings excitement and fun to your event."
If you can only rent one or two, pick the games most of your guests already know.
How long does the dealer stay?
The dealer is included for the 2 hour rental price. Every extra hour of dealing is $25 per dealer, on top of the $100 for the table.
When you ask for a quote, give us two numbers: how long the tables should be there, and how long you want them dealt. A holiday party that runs from 7 to 10 with games from 8 to 10 needs two hours of dealing, not three.
Do casino tables need power or a lot of space?
No power. The 110V outlet field on all four product pages reads 0, so the tables can go anywhere in the room, with no cords to run. Nothing about them depends on the weather, so a casino night books the same in January as in June.
The product pages do not list a table size, so send us the room's measurements with your quote request, along with anything else going in the room, such as a buffet, a bar or a dance floor.
What else goes with a casino night?
The Cash Cube is the add-on built for this kind of night. Players step inside "to catch money, coupons, or other promotions that crazily swirl about the inner chamber," and its printed accents can be customized. It is $350 for up to 6 hours. Two things to plan for: it needs two 110V outlets and a space listed as 10x10x10, and its page is direct about the money: "KidZone does NOT provide the cash, coupons or promotional items for the cash vault."
For the rest of the room, our cocktail tables are $25 each, with a 36 inch round top that adjusts from 30 to 42 inches high and seats up to 4 adults. Black skirts are $10 each. Folding chairs are $3.25, the 15 x 15 dance floor is $795, and a popcorn popper or cotton candy machine from our concessions is $115.
Two examples, built from those prices and before delivery:
- An office holiday party: blackjack and roulette for 2 hours ($1,300) and six cocktail tables with skirts ($210). Total: $1,510.
- A full casino floor: all four tables for 2 hours ($2,600), the Cash Cube ($350) and a popcorn popper ($115). Total: $3,065.
Both are arithmetic on our published prices, not packages we sell. Our corporate event rentals page covers what else a company party can add.
Can a casino night be a fundraiser in Indiana?
It can, but the money side has its own rules. Using games to raise money is charity gaming in Indiana. The Indiana Gaming Commission regulates it under Indiana Code 4-32.3, and its charity gaming staff take questions at 317-232-4646. Call them before you plan to charge guests to play.
Our part is the tables and the dealers. The product pages do not mention chips, cards or prizes, so ask what comes with each table when you request a quote, and tell us if the night is a fundraiser.
What does a venue need from us?
Many venues ask vendors for proof of insurance. We carry a general liability insurance policy, and our FAQ explains that we can add your company or organization to it as additionally insured for an extra $25. Every renter signs a rental agreement before we set up.
We deliver from Westfield across the Indianapolis area. With your quote request, send the date, the venue, the tables you want and the hours you want them dealt.
