What a restroom trailer rental costs, and how to pick a size
We rent three restroom trailers: 2 stations for $1,420, 3 for $1,749 and 5 for $2,199. Each price covers a rental of up to three days, so the first number to settle is how many stations your guest list needs.
A restroom trailer, or bathroom trailer, is a different thing from a row of portable toilets. Ours have private stalls with flushing toilets, a sink with hot and cold water, heat and air conditioning, and lights inside and out. They also ask more of a site than a bounce house does: level ground, power on two circuits, and a water source within 100 feet.
The three trailers and what each costs
All three sit in our restroom trailer range. The site calls the range Restroom Ranch, and the menu lists it as Luxury Restrooms, so you may see all three names for the same trailers.
- 2 Station, $1,420. One women's stall and one men's, with a hand washing area.
- 3 Station, $1,749. Two women's stalls and one men's. Its page says it is "great for events up to 225 people."
- 5 Station, $2,199. Three women's stalls and two men's, plus a urinal in the men's. Its page says it "can accommodate events up to 300 people."
The step from 2 stations to 3 is $329, and from 3 to 5 it is $450. Worked out per station, the 5 Station is the cheapest of the three at about $440 a station, against $583 for the 3 Station and $710 for the 2.
One price for up to three days
The price boxes on each product page show the same figure for a 4 hour rental, a full day, 2 days and 3 days. That is different from our inflatables, which the FAQ prices for a standard rental of up to 6 hours. A trailer booked for three days costs the same as one booked for a single afternoon, which covers a weekend event without a second charge.
A fourth day is where the price moves: $2,740 for the 2 Station and $3,398 for the 3 Station. The 5 Station page holds $2,199 through a fourth day. Rentals of a week or more are priced on each product page.
Our FAQ says setup and takedown are included in the rental price, and each trailer page describes our team handling the installation and removal. Delivery is charged on top, based on the miles to your event location. The deposit is 50% of the order, on a credit card, and the rest is due at delivery.
Picking a size from your guest count
Two of the three pages publish a guest figure: up to 225 people for the 3 Station and up to 300 for the 5 Station. For the 2 Station, send us your guest count and how long the event runs when you ask for a quote.
The split matters as much as the count. The 3 Station has two women's stalls and one men's. The 5 Station has three and two, and the urinal on the men's side adds a sixth fixture.
Between 225 and 300 guests, the published figures make the choice for you. Below 225, the $450 between the 3 Station and the 5 buys two more stalls and the urinal. A longer event, or one with a bar, is the case for spending it.
What is inside
All three pages list the same core fittings: heat and air conditioning, toilets with a foot flush, a stainless steel sink with hot and cold water, hardwood styled flooring, LED lighting inside and out, and a stock of paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap. The pages describe each station as private, with a lockable door and soundproof partitions.
The 3 Station and 5 Station add a Bluetooth AM/FM stereo. The 2 Station lists a custom vanity and a large mirror with a decorative frame.
"Our professional staff ensures the trailer is impeccably maintained throughout your event"
KidZone Party Rentals, restroom trailer pagesWhat the site has to provide
"Placement should be on solid level ground within 100 feet of electric and water source."
KidZone Party Rentals, restroom trailer pages- Level, solid ground. The pages list a space of 25 ft by 25 ft for the 2 Station and 20 ft by 20 ft for the 3 Station and 5 Station. Those two are 19 ft 10 in long, so the 20 ft figure leaves almost nothing spare. Measure for more.
- Power on two circuits. Each trailer runs on 120 volt, 20 amp power and plugs into standard outlets or 12 gauge extension cords. The pages say you will need 2 circuits, and the spec box on each lists three 110V outlets. Two circuits means outlets on two different breakers, so check the panel before the day.
- A water source. Connected to a supply, the fresh water is listed as unlimited. The onboard tank holds 105 gallons on the 2 Station and 200 gallons on the other two. Waste capacity is 300, 400 and 520 gallons.
- Headroom on the way in. Every trailer stands over 11 ft tall, so check the route to the spot for low limbs and wires, as well as the spot itself.
Each trailer also lists a battery backup for power interruptions.
Cold weather events
Each page answers the winter question in one line:
"Yes, we do have the winter package to keep you warm."
KidZone Party Rentals, restroom trailer pagesThe specifications list a 125/250 volt, 50 amp circuit for the heat package. That is a bigger supply than a standard wall outlet. If your date is in the cold months, tell us what power the venue has when you ask for a quote.
If the site has no power or water
Our generator is $250. Its page describes a 5,500 watt unit that can power up to 3 inflatables, with a tank of gas that lasts up to 6 hours. That page is written for inflatables, so ask about power for a trailer before you count on it.
Water is the same conversation. The pages ask for a source within 100 feet and list the onboard tank as a separate figure, so raise it early if your site has no spigot.
Where the real answer lives
The product pages are the authority, and prices change. When you ask for a quote, give us the guest count, how many days the trailer needs to be on site, where the nearest outlets and spigot are, and whether you need heat.
