What it costs to rent a pool table, ping pong or foosball table

Our 7 ft pool table is $400, the ping pong table $225 and the foosball table $250, each for up to 6 hours. None of the three needs an outlet, and the pool and foosball tables are both made for outdoor play.

5 minute read

The question that usually decides it is the room. A pool table needs space on every side for the cue, and our table game pages do not list a size, so this post covers that too.

How much does it cost to rent a pool table, ping pong or foosball table?

  • Pool table: $400 for up to 6 hours.
  • Ping pong table: $225 for up to 6 hours.
  • Foosball table: $250 for up to 6 hours, and the same $250 up to 10 hours.

All three are on our table games page, and each product page shows the same price for one hour as for six. Our FAQ says standard rentals are up to 6 hours, so a two hour office party pays the same as a six hour one.

Delivery is charged on top, based on the miles to your event location, and setup and takedown are included in the rental price. The deposit is 50% of the order, on a credit card.

What a longer event costs

Past 6 hours, the pool table and the ping pong table each add $50 an hour. An 8 hour event is $500 for the pool table and $325 for ping pong, and 12 hours is $700 and $525.

The foosball table is priced differently. It stays at $250 for up to 10 hours, and 11 to 16 hours is $300.

A full day costs more than 16 hours. The pool table is $900 for 16 hours and $1,300 for a day, and the ping pong table is $725 for 16 hours and $1,125 for a day. Over a weekend the gap widens:

  • Pool table: $2,500 for 2 days, $3,700 for 3.
  • Ping pong table: $2,325 for 2 days, $3,525 for 3.
  • Foosball table: $600 for 2 days, $800 for 3.

So for a game room left set up for three days, the foosball table is $800 and the pool table is $3,700. For a single party, all three are priced for a 6 hour window.

What comes with each table

The pool table is an Imperial 7 ft outdoor billiard table, with aluminum corners, legs and rails, K66 cushion rubber and a waterproof Taclon cloth in Electric Blue. Its page lists the rest:

"Comes complete with 2-cues, 1- set of balls, 2-pieces of chalk, plastic triangle and cover. Everything you need to setup and play is included."

KidZone Party Rentals, Pool Table product page

The ping pong table rolls on 8 locking wheel castors, and we provide 3 balls and 4 paddles. Its page describes it as great for corporate clients who want a competitive atmosphere.

The foosball table is an outdoor model that, in its page's words, "can withstand most weather conditions," and the page suggests the patio or a spot by the pool. It also says the game "goes great with our ping pong and pool tables."

Do game tables need power, and can they go outside?

None of the three needs electricity: the outlet field on each product page reads 0. That sets them apart from our inflatables, which need a 110V outlet within 100 ft.

The pool table and the foosball table are both built to be played outdoors. The ping pong page does not say either way, so tell us where it will stand when you request a quote.

How much room does a pool table need?

Our pool table page gives the table size, 7 ft, but not the room it needs. That depends on the cue. Brunswick Billiards' pool table room size guide puts the minimum room for a 7 ft table at 13 ft by 16 ft, using a standard 58 inch cue. For a smaller room, the same guide adds:

"If your space is limited, using a shorter cue (48 or 52 inches) is also an option."

Brunswick Billiards, Pool Table Room Size Guide, October 15, 2026

Our page does not give the length of the 2 cues that come with the table, so measure the room against 13 ft by 16 ft, and if it is smaller, put the room size in your quote request. The ping pong and foosball pages list no dimensions either, so measure the floor or patio you have in mind for those as well.

The life-size versions

For a bigger group outdoors, two of our interactive inflatables play the same games at full scale:

  • Human Pool Table, $375 for up to 6 hours: players become the cue sticks on an inflatable table 30 ft long and 17 ft wide. It needs 34 ft by 20 ft of space.
  • Human Foosball, $695 for up to 6 hours: 10 people compete 5-on-5. It needs 30 ft by 50 ft.

Both are inflatables, so unlike the tables they need power: each page lists one outlet, within 100 ft, with nothing else plugged into it. Both add $50 an hour past 6 hours.

What a game room adds up to

From our published prices, before delivery:

  • All three tables, up to 6 hours: $400 plus $225 plus $250 is $875.
  • Pool and ping pong for an 8 hour office event: $500 plus $325 is $825.
  • A foosball table for a weekend: $600 for 2 days.

For a casino night, our blackjack, craps, poker and roulette tables start at $650 each, and what a casino night costs covers what that price includes.
